74. The Dark Knight Rises(2012): Saw this opening weekend, just to show how behind I am in reviews. For the most part I met my expectations and I’m glad I remained unspoiled for it. I kind of hoped for more Catwoman/normal Gotham crime stuff before the whole Bane invasion. On the other hand it was interesting to see Nolan explore the whole different social climate that terrorism has created. Acting was awesome as usual and I’m glad there was more Gary Oldman. I really wish I were more up on comics so I knew what translated well, but I never know where to start and I’ve been in Marvel mode since The Avengers.

I had a dream that I saw Dark Knight Rises in some weird theater with screens on all the walls, it seemed sort of like the clip that was shown before Mission Impossible, but it was different and there was more of Bane giving some threat about a terrorist attack he was going to do and like his demands. Catwoman/Anne Hathaway was in cahoots with him.
